Users are unhappy with Linea airdrop due to unfavorable rewards

Barely able to restore your job, second level network Ethereum Linea faced discontent from users who participated in airdropIn their opinion, the distribution was unfair, since some of them received less than promised, or were excluded from the number of participants altogether.

Initially, to get tokens, you had to accumulate 2000 LXP or 15,000 LXP-L points. This scheme turned out to be beneficial for those who cheated for rewards.

One social media user lamented spending $147 on gas, doing routine tasks for two to three years, to end up with 4200 LINEA, equivalent to $126 at the pre-sale price.

Initially, the Linea Voyage and Linea Surge programs were developed to reward active users, but in fact, their constant activity in small volumes was not rewarded.

At the same time, users Binance received their LINEA tokens as part of the airdrop without any conditions and were able to trade them immediately after the token was released to the market.

This isn’t just a glitch, it’s an example of how projects create hype, attract attention, and then push the real community into the background, — wrote an annoyed user.

So far, as we can see, Block second level Linea based zkEVM, developed by ConsenSys, failed to launch smoothly and gain community approval.
